Summary

  • Put 24-wells plate to S0 (D9 P24)
  • Put CSE on 10cm dishes for 24hours (D9 P24)
  • The observation that the media pH turned much faster is now explained by the fact that the DMEM used here has 1 g/L glucose instead of the 4.5 g/L used in Groningen.
