  • Run 8% gel with lysate CTR/CSE 2
    • CSE|CTR|Marker|CTR|CSE
  • Prepare 10x Semi Dry Buffer
    • 48 mM TRIS (58.2 g)
    • 39 mM Glycin (29.3 g)
    • 0.0375% SDS (18.8 mL of 20% stock)
    • Up to 1 L (no pH change necessary)
  • Cells in 10cm dishes were not confluent and refreshed with S+
