February 19th Goals Run UV on supernatant of pelleted "nanoparticles" Run UV on pellet from pelleted Procedure UV Vis run for supernatant I ran the UV vis for the supernatant of the resuspeneded pellet that was spun down. The activity was about the same as it the pellet showed the other day. it is important to note that Danny did not see much of a pellet after the spin today. It is likely that this activity is attributed to the fact that we didn't seperate nano from free HRP. Results Reflections
