Solution recipe for 20X SSPE .
1. Dissolve 175.3g of NaCl , 27.6g of NaH2PO4.H2O and 7.4g of EDTA in 800ml of H2O
2. Adjust the pH to 7.4 with NaOH(~6.5 ml of 10N solution)
3. Adjust the volume to 1 liter with H2O
4. Dispense into aliquots and sterilize by autoclaving
