Solution recipe for RIPA Buffer.
For 250ml:
1. 50 mM Tris pH 8.0( 12.5ml of 1M Stock)
2. 150 mM NaCl(7.5 l of 5M Stock)
3. 1% NP-40(205ml of stock
4. 0.5% of Na-DOC(12.5 ml of 10% w/v stock)
5. 0.1% SDS(2.5ml of 10% stock)
6. 212.5 ml water
