Purpose
The purpose of the experiment is to determine if subject's 7 tree more closely resemble a rapid progressor tree. Subject 7 exhibited a sharp decline of CD4 T cell levels but never fell below 200 cell counts. We would also like to determine if the addition of subject 7 into the rapid progressor group changes the statistics of the progressor group diversity and divergence overall.
Methods and Results
- Open Excel
- Calculate new mean slopes and standard errors by multiplying the average slope for each participant by the number of observations they attended to come with a weighted average.
- Generate new graphs on excel using the weighted average for each of the progressor groups

Conclusion
This week's task was to analyze data obtained from the Markham experiment and determine if Subject 7 more closely resembles a rapid progressor due to its steep decline in CD4 T cell levels. We wanted to analyze if the placement of Subject 7 would yield more significant results.
