Derek and Katy

  • Today we ran a gel on our final wintergreen PCR.
  • This PCR was more successful than our first three attempts.
  • We had two faint bands on our wintergreen gene and the positive control worked this time.
  • We also discussed how we wanted to split up our presentation next Thursday between our group, and arranged the order we would go in.
