Overview

This design is intended as a control and a back-up. Essentially, it is a small, hollow, doubly thick tube with no lids. The intention is to trouble shoot our other designs with this one. We may be able to prevent protease from entering the tube and chewing up protein, thus creating a modified drug delivery model.

Oligo List

• The following adjustments must be made for those oligos to be placed in the order form:
  • The out-facing aptamers are 52, 57, 62, 67, 72, 82, 87, 95, 100, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 165
  • The in-facing aptamers are 54, 59, 74, 84, 107, 122

The out-facing aptamers can be added, as usual to the end of those oligos (3 prime end) The in-facing aptamers, however, need the last token on their 3 prime end to be removed before adding the aptamer. That token should then be added to the beginning of the next oligo (the 5prime end).
