# Combine 1 mL BSA and 9 mL of water in a separate test tube.
# Place test tubes in an oven at 80°C for 30 min.
# Remove test tubes from oven for 10 min.
# Repeat steps 3 and 4 for 3.5 hr.

Description

AuNP VII

  1. Combine 2 mL HAuCl4, 1 mL BSA, and 7 mL of water in a test tube.
  2. Combine 1 mL BSA and 9 mL of water in a separate test tube.
  3. Place test tubes in an oven at 80°C for 30 min.
  4. Remove test tubes from oven for 10 min.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for 3.5 hr.
