Research

We are working across dimensional scales and academic disciplines with interests in 1) Biomaterials; Micro/nano technology; Bio-sensing; 2) Cell-based Assays/Therapy; Regenerative Medicine . Our current research projects include:

• Developing enabling technologies to build 3D biomimetic microenvironment for cell-based assays and cell-based therapy
• Building nano/microscale systems for miniaturized biosensing and high-throughput cell-based drug screening;
• Constructing stem cell-derived microengineered in vitro physio/phathological models of the cardiac and hepatic systems;
