Summary Evaluating plates and starting liquid culture. Plates 2 and 3 (neg control for DH5a-T and experimental for BL21 dried up and were unusable. Plate 4 (neg control for BL21 showed zero cell growth. Plate 1 (experimental for DH5a) had four colonies. ; ; ; ; The four colonies were picked and placed into four tubes with 2mL of 100ug/mL amp broth. Placed in incubator.
