Summary Took out plates and started liquid cultures for overnight incubation in the shaker. BL01 plate: 1 colony. BL05 plate: 9 colonies. Dephos CMV/MV9 backbone plate: 0 colonies. Neg Ctrl plate: 0 colonies. All colonies were picked (10 total) for liquid cultures.
