Summary Minipreps Minipreps completed on picked retransformed BL01, BL09 and BL05 in V0120 colonies. Purity was good (~1.8) and concentration was fairly high for all samples (>400 ng/μL). Concentrations were marked on corresponding tubes. New amp seems to have fixed our cloning troubles.
