Results of Competent Cell Testing The results of the transformation of the A and B cell stocks with pUC19 are below: A - 4 colonies B - 0 colonies DB3.1 control - 0 colonies From these results, there may be a problem with the miniprep stock of pUC19 as the control did not show any growth. Will try a new plasmid to see if there is a difference
