Team Resistance Our team is working to create a biosensor that detects the presence of a toxin via the change in resistance of the bacterial solution. Resistance Apparatus Design 5 across 1) culture alone 2)lb alone 3) culture + reagent 4) lb + reagent 5) previously lysed cells+ reagent 3 down (3 trials of each solution) Constructed 3 layer wall of legos around the 15 plates with arms in each corner of the wall to support the cardboard which will hold the wires in place frame: 13.75 in. x 9.00 in.
