Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)

The time dependent autocorrelation function was derived using a ...

The particle size was calculated from teh autocorrelation function using Stokes-Einstein equation particle dimeter = kBT/3πηD. Where D = translation diffusion coefficient, η = viscosity of the suspension liquid, k = Boltmann's constant, and T = absolute temperature.

  • See [1] for information on how the dynamic light scatterer works.
