Overnight Culture Notes

  • 5x 15ml Conical tubes prepared with 10ml LB broth, inoculated with E Coli K-12.
  • All tubes incubated for 36hrs with shaking every 12hrs.
  • Bacterial growth observed in pellet formation from 12hrs +
  • Condensation indicates bacteria viability.
