The Daily Grind After a long hiatus spent writing that plant nutrient/endophyte paper, I'm gonna resume lab work To do - Finish seed endophyte work, so today doing labelled PCR for second rep of TRFLP on 1G seed, stems, and 2G seeds. Also, growing + growth promoting isolates on plates for second rep of growth promotion assay.
