Remains of the Day PCR up fungal isolates (one from fish emulsion amended Tilbury TVD soil, another from molasses amended, and a third from TBG amended) for sequencing (used ITS1F and ITS4 - molasses fungus amplified well, the other two much less so) Do 96 well bacterial PCR of organic amendmant roots (done) Send oomycete clones and fungal isolates for sequencing (got them ready, but it got too late so we'll wait for next week)
