Remains of the Day Going to harvest the two week old plant samples from Millar's berry farm. Taking two plants per rep and bringing back to the lab for TRFLP testing of rhizosphere and roots. Cut gel fragments of bacterial sequences from Lucas's gel and put em in 4 degrees over the weekend. Off to DEMF!
