Objective to run UV-vis and Fluorescence on protein in hexanes solutions with either(nBu)4NPF6, crown 6, or (nBu)4NPF6 and crown 6. Description UV-vis and Fluorescence was run on: 1.2mg of 1mg Mb, Phosphate (nBu)4NPF6, and crown 6 in hexanes; 1.8mg 1mg Mb, Phosphate, (nBu)4NPF6 in hexanes; 1.0mg of 1mg Mb, Phosphate and crown 6 in hexanes; 1.3mg of 1mg Mb, Citrate, crown 6 in hexanes; 1.0mg of 1mg Mb, Citrate, (nBu)4NPF6 in hexanes 1.3mg of 1mg Mb, Tris, (nBu)4NPF6 in hexanes; 1.1mg of 1mg Mb Acetate, (nBu)4NPF6 in hexanes; 1.4mg of 1mg MB Acetate(nBu)4NPF6, and crown 6 in hexanes;
