  • Stop stimulation D9/D12 24-wells induced yesterday (after 24 hours)
    • Alamar Blue
    • .. D9 ELISA samples got lost, D12 was put to 96-wells in freezer
  • Split cells D9/D12
    • 30.000 cells per well for 24-wells
    • 200.000 cells per well for 6 wells
    • 1 million per plate for 10cm petridish
