  • Pierce assay to determine protein concentration of samples used in Berlin
  • Prepared two 8% SDS-PAGE gels
    • NOTE: instead of 2x 15 wells (1.5 mm) gels, 1 was forced to have a smaller comb due to the 1.0 mm gel that was cast
