  • Membranes were washed 3x 15min. separately depending on secondary antibody
  • α-goat secondary antibody was diluted 1:10.000, α-rabbit & α-mouse 1:2000 --> Incubation for 2 hours
  • Old school imaging
  • Preparation of 2x 10% tris-glycine gels --> Put to 4°C
