Steve Koch 17:24, 11 March 2009 (EDT):Can you make a note of where the plasmid DNA and gDNA came from? This would link to important information that the plasmid DNA has been digested and treated with CIAP (and gel exracted?) and the gDNA has been XhoI-digested and gel extracted but not CIAP. Also, it's important to link to the information about the concentration of each sample. (As I noted on a separate talk page, I couldn't find a notebook entry about this new batch of XhoI-digested gDNA.)

Anthony Salvagno 17:58, 11 March 2009 (EDT):I don't really know what you are asking. I have pages that talk about my plasmid DNA (the first transformation process), and really old pages about the gDNA (from destroying yeast cells and nanodrop readings). I'm too lazy to search right now.

Steve Koch 18:22, 11 March 2009 (EDT): I'm saying that nobody (including me) can read this page and know what your starting DNA material is or where it came from or what the concentration is. You'll see what I mean when you're less tired.

Anthony Salvagno 18:27, 11 March 2009 (EDT):Ok I discovered that information you required is the stuff that was on the missing page. I have since inserted that page. So the data is complete.
