Starting the Program: Double-click on the CellDesigner Icon found on your Desktop.
Areas:
- Menu Area: Access to File/Graph/Simulations functions.
- Draw Area: to draw and build a model.
- List Area: to display and edit the list of the components and reactions of a model.
- Notes Area: to display and edit the notes of the component
- Tree Area: displays all the list of the components in a tree structure
Useful functions:
- Open a File
- Save a File
- Select an item
- Move / Delete an item
